Operations Coordinator

Role Overview:
​
The Operations Coordinator will play a central role in the coordination and administration of training course lifecycles. From booking venues to liaising with our Associate network and managing logistics, you will ensure every detail is handled with precision to support the seamless delivery of our programmes.
Reporting to: Operations Deputy
Key Responsibilities:

Course Lifecycle Coordination:

Book hotels and coordinate menu selections where necessary.

Send and manage joining instructions for course participants.
-
Liaise with venues to coordinate logistics and ensure readiness.
-
Set up course delivery environments, both online (IT platforms) and physical (e.g. camping or outdoor safety arrangements).

Populate and manage course materials on SharePoint, including session plans.
-
Coordinate with Associates to source, update, and align presentations and learning materials.
-
Ensure brand consistency across all session plans and presentations.
-
Manage the organisation and replenishment of training kits and equipment.
-
Create operational task lists and timelines as needed to ensure delivery success.

Attend courses when required to support facilitation team in logistics

Act as a point of contact for Associates, maintaining clear and timely communication.

Provide logistical and scheduling support for staffing course delivery.

Proofread delegate reports to ensure clarity and quality.

Collate and report on course feedback to inform continuous improvement.

Track delegate attendance and engagement metrics.

Build effective relationships with clients to support course delivery and framework alignment.

Travel across the UK is required within the role. A valid UK Driving Licence is necessary).

Location:
​
This role is remote-based, with the ability to travel within the UK to attend courses when required. It is required for the successful candidate to be based in Cornwall, preferably with easy access to Truro in order to attend our storage facility when preparing equipment for courses.
​
Salary:
​
£26,000 per annum
​
