Operations Manager named as winner of Cornwall 30 under 30 award

We are excited to announce that Izzy Galloway, Operations Manager at Take Point Training, has been announced as a winner of a Cornwall Chamber of Commerce 30 under 30 Award.

The annual awards celebrate Cornwall’s brightest young business talent and organised by Cornwall Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Business Cornwall magazine, Pirate FM, Truro and Penwith College and branding agency, Don’t Cry Wolf.

“Kim Conchie, CEO of Cornwall Chamber of Commerce said: "Judging and awarding the 30 under 30 certificates is one of my high points each year. The event where we gather the 30 winners and their families promises to be more exciting than ever this June.”

The 30 Under 30 Awards offer winners a foundation for career progression and industry-wide recognition.

Izzy, 25, said she was humbled to have been recognised with the award.

"It was a wonderful moment to be nominated and I feel incredibly humbled. Like many other people, I'm not very good at patting myself on the back and this award has enabled me to pause, reflect and recognise what I have achieved over the last three years. It has certainly helped to boost my confidence and motivation.

"My nomination is also a testament to the hard work and excellent relationships between the Take Point Training team and our clients. I feel fortunate to work with clients from a wide range of sectors and am proud we can play a part in their development and growth.

"It was also lovely to meet all the other finalists and learn about what they've achieved and witness first-hand their ambition and passion for their work. I really enjoyed being able to be in the same room and share their experiences."

Congratulations Izzy on your amazing accomplishment!
