Haydn Oates-Stott

Haydn is a former Royal Navy Aircraft Engineer, working with teams to ensure our aircraft are ready to take off at a moment's notice. He is also an accomplished sailor and holds several Royal Yachting Association qualifications.. 

What leadership means to Haydn:

"I’m still on my continuous leadership journey and for me, it’s all about the ability to articulate a vision and inspire others to achieve it. My leadership role models are people who get humans to work together to achieve something big and they do that not only by nurturing the development of others but also through massive self-awareness, borne out of their personal trials and experience.  Those qualities of real and robust leadership are fundamentally about authenticity and those are the leaders who are able to inspire trust and followership in others and who I aspire to be."
