With a dynamic career spanning over 24 years in the RAF, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company.
His roles included Training Manager for the RAF Force Protection Centre delivering specialist courses in team leadership, logistics and safety.
As a Senior Instructor, he provided high-level training in Force Protection, Pre-Deployment and Command & Control.
Dave excels in advanced communication, team leadership, problem-solving, mentoring and more.
His academic achievements include a degree in Organisational Capabilities qualifications such as ISO 27001: 2013 Lead Auditor and CMI level 4 & 5 in Management & Leadership.
