Alex Tucker

Business Development Manager 

Alex joined Take Point Training in 2021, initially using his extensive experience to manage and oversee our team building sailing activities. He has since progressed to a business development role, leveraging his expertise and strong interpersonal skills to forge new partnerships.

Prior to joining the company, Alex worked as a Senior Lifeguard with the RNLI, supervising the running of lifeguarded beaches in Devon. He also brings knowledge in leadership, teamwork, problem-solving and communication.

When he's not working, Alex enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sailor, surfer and snowboarder. He holds an RYA Yachtmaster qualification and a degree in Business Entrepreneurship.
