Shaun Pascoe
Squadron Leader Shaun Pascoe was an Emergency Nurse in the Royal Air Force. He has served on operational tours in Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and has completed four tours in Afghanistan as Officer Commanding of the Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT).

Shaun’s inspirational sessions are perfectly placed to explore your organisation's requirements, specialising in key themes of adaptability and resilience. During Shaun's talks, he offers an impactful insight into developing resilience that extends well beyond its definition. Dispelling certain myths, specifically that exposure builds resilience, with your audience Shaun explores the actions and behaviours adopted by those considered resilient and a roadmap for self-development.
Neil Heritage
Neil joined the Army aged 16 working initially as a telecommunications specialist and later training to work as part of a bomb disposal team. Over his 12-year military career he served in Bosnia, Northern Ireland and Iraq.

Neil was one of the first seriously injured soldiers from the Iraq conflict and since his medical discharge from service, he has rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, climbed mountains, qualified as a diving instructor, kayaked from Washington State to Alaska and established a charity to help wounded, Injured and sick veterans gain qualifications and employment post service.
