“For me it’s about authenticity, honesty and adaptability, always evaluating and reflecting on what you have learnt, (good or bad) and ensuring that you apply your understanding to future endeavours. Being receptive and actively supporting those you have the privilege to lead is an essential element of team cohesion and trust, and I believe it also creates the conditions for growth and a collective identity”.
