What leadership means to Stephen:

"We are all leaders; our actions and interactions constantly shape relationships and outcomes at all levels. Leadership is multifaceted and can be complex, but at its heart, leadership is about people. It is the art in which one creates an environment to enable high performance - on a personal level and as a team - that creates impact and results. Great leadership is not an endpoint, but a constant exploration and development path which is harnessed by the will to learn.”
