Shaun Pascoe

Founder-CEO
Former RAF Squadron Leader, Shaun Pascoe, is the Founder and CEO of
Take Point Training.
During his 16 years of service, Shaun served on operational tours in Kosovo, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan as Officer Commanding the Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT), flying missions from battlefield to hospital on board Chinook helicopters with specialist personnel and equipment. The medical team flew to collect from point of injury, often in austere and challenging conditions, changing the face of combat medicine.
After completing his military service, Shaun set up a sailing charity in 2012 to help military veterans suffering with physical injuries and mental trauma.
Turn to Starboard has helped hundreds of military personnel re-integrate into civilian life and open doors to new careers in the marine industry. Shaun's charity work has been recognised, with HRH Prince Harry and Meghan Markle presenting him with The Henry Worsley Award for his achievements in supporting veterans.
With a clear understanding of effective leadership and teamwork, Shaun launched Take Point Training in 2019 to help people and organisations excel in their mission. As CEO, Shaun leads a talented team providing strategic guidance and oversight.
Outside of work, Shaun is an accomplished sailor and holds a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Yachtmaster Instructor qualification and is co-owner of yacht charter company sailcornwall.com.
