What leadership means to Richard:
"Leadership and being entrusted to lead is one of life's greatest responsibilities and privileges. It's about team before self. It's about team endeavour and winning, losing and learning together. It's about unlocking potential, nurturing talent and passing on the baton. It's many things but above all, it's about being your true self and making a positive difference."
