Eloise is the Operations Deputy at Take Point Training, providing essential support to our course facilitators and logistic requirements. Eloise also focuses on building and maintaining client relationships to ensure their needs are met. Alongside Eloise's operational role she facilitates across the breadth of our courses and as an Insights Discovery® Practitioner delivers our psychometrics offer. 

She has a passion for helping those around her and is dedicated to providing our team with the tools and support required to deliver our training courses and, in turn, create client happiness!

Eloise has a degree in Psychology and a keen interest in Emotional Intelligence. She is a true team player who constantly strives for operational improvement whilst, importantly, having fun along the way.
